The A Better City TMA provides Bicycle Roadside Assistance in partnership with NEMO to TMA members and their employees and tenants. Fill out the form to receive your Repair Redemption Code via email.

The TMA will send your unique code once your eligibility is confirmed.
- Text 857-847-6366 with your code to arrange your repair
A NEMO mechanic will coordinate with you on location and timing.
Who's eligible
Employees and tenants of A Better City TMA member organizations, including Amazon, BMC, BU Medical, Eastern Bank, Fidelity, HNTB, Liberty Mutual, Mass General, Putnam, State Street, Tufts Medical, US EPA Region 1, and others. See the sign-up form for the full list.
What's covered
The roadside service call is covered by the TMA. Quick fixes to get your bike back on the road — flat tires, chain issues, braking problems.
If your bike needs new parts (tire, chain, brake pads, etc.), you can pay NEMO separately at the time of the repair.

What's included in a visit
Every NEMO visit covers mechanic labor for one bicycle and expert bike advice. Most repairs take about 45 minutes. Here's what we fix on the spot:
