The A Better City TMA provides Bicycle Roadside Assistance in partnership with NEMO to TMA members and their employees and tenants. Fill out the form to receive your Repair Redemption Code via email.
After sign-up, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed program instructions.

A NEMO mechanic will coordinate with you on location and timing.

Employees and tenants of A Better City TMA member organizations across downtown Boston, the Back Bay, and the Fenway — including Boston Medical Center, BU Medical Campus, Fidelity, HNTB, Liberty Mutual, Mass General, Tufts, and Franklin Cummings Tech, plus tenants and residents at member buildings. What's covered
The roadside service call is covered by the TMA. Quick fixes to get your bike back on the road — flat tires, chain issues, braking problems.
If your bike needs new parts (tire, chain, brake pads, etc.), you can pay NEMO separately at the time of the repair.

Every NEMO visit covers mechanic labor for one bicycle (or more, if you choose the multi-bike option) and expert bike advice. Most repairs take about 45 minutes. Here's what we fix on the spot:
