Bicycle Roadside Assistance
Employees and residents of Alewife TMA member properties can access NEMO's Bicycle Roadside Assistance program — covered by the TMA, no out-of-pocket cost for the service call.
How to use it
- Fill out the sign-up form
Once the TMA approves your participation, you will receive an email with instructions.
- Text 857-847-6366 when you need a repair
Let us know your name and location.
- A NEMO mechanic comes to you
Available Monday–Friday, 7AM–7PM, anywhere within our service area.
Who's eligible
Employees or residents of Alewife TMA member properties.
What's covered
The roadside service call is covered by the Alewife TMA. Quick fixes to get your bike back on the road — flat tires, chain problems, brake issues, and more. Each visit includes a complimentary replacement inner tube, if needed.
Other replacement parts and specialized repairs are at your own expense if you choose to proceed with them.

What's included in a visit
Every NEMO visit covers mechanic labor for one bicycle and expert bike advice. Most repairs take about 45 minutes. Here's what we fix on the spot:
- Flat tire fix
- Brake adjustment
- Shifting tune-up
- Chain & cable replacement
- Safety check (15 min tune-up)
- E-bike & cargo bike service
