Who Can Sign Up?

NEMO is available to employees or residents of Alewife TMA member properties.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Folks can sign up for this program by filling out this form. Once the TMA approves your participation you will receive an email with instructions on how to use the service!

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE?

The cost of the roadside service call is covered by the Alewife TMA and provides quick fixes to get your bike back on the road. This includes repairs for flat tires, chain problems, brake issues, and more. Each visit provides a complimentary replacement inner tube, if needed. However, other replacement parts and specialized repairs aren't covered by Alewife TMA and would be at your own expense if you choose to proceed with them. If you have any questions about whether your situation qualifies, just reach out to our team.

WHERE CAN I GET SERVICE?

A NEMO mechanic can be dispatched to you anywhere within our service area , 7AM-7PM, Monday-Friday.

“I had several issues with my bike that I bought as a second-hand (which would be common to many of you) and called the NEMO. The service guy came to my place within 20 min and solved the issues with competence and care. The best beauty of NEMO is that it obviates the hassle to drag your bike to the bike shop. I am blessed with their agile in situ service!”
