Bicycle Roadside Assistance
The Watertown TMA has partnered with NEMO to provide roadside assistance for bikers. Run into a bike issue while commuting? A NEMO mechanic comes to you anywhere within our service area, Monday–Friday, 7AM–7PM.
After sign-up, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed program instructions.
How to use it
- Register or sign in at GoMassCommute
Visit gomasscommute.com/watertowntma and log in with your work email.
- Claim your NEMO Bike Repair benefit
Select "Rewards" from the left menu to find and claim your code.
- Text your full name and code to 857-847-6366
Once you have your code, text us to arrange your repair.
What's covered
The Watertown TMA covers the emergency repair service call. A NEMO mechanic comes to you and gets your bike back on the road with quick fixes like flat tires, chain problems, and brake adjustments. Emergency repairs are limited to commuting trips to and from work and may be redeemed once per calendar year; your code expires 12 months after it's claimed. Service is available Monday–Friday, 7AM–7PM, anywhere within our service area.
If your repair needs a new inner tube, tire, chain, brake pads, or other parts, you can pay NEMO for those directly at the time of your repair.
