Employees and graduate students at Longwood Collective member institutions — including Brigham & Women's, Beth Israel Deaconess, Dana-Farber, Harvard Medical School, and others — get free on-demand bike repair through NEMO.

How to use it

Visit gomasscommute.com and log in with your work email.
- Claim your NEMO Bike Repair benefit
Select "Rewards" from the left menu to find and claim your code.
- Text your full name and code to 857-847-6366
Once you have your code, text us to arrange your repair.
Who's eligible
Employees and graduate students at Longwood Collective member institutions in the Longwood Medical Area. Member institutions include: Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston Children's Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Emmanuel College, Harvard University School of Medicine, Harvard University School of Dental Medicine, Harvard University T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Joslin Diabetes Center, Massachusetts College of Art and Design, MCPHS University, Massachusetts Mental Health Center, Simmons University, Temple Israel, Wentworth Institute of Technology, The Winsor School, Boston University Wheelock College of Education and Human Development, Fenway Community Health Center, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Merck Research Laboratories, and The Baker Center for Children and Families.
What's covered
The service call and one spare tube are covered. Your unique code is valid for up to 3 free emergency repairs. Service is available Monday–Friday, 7AM–7PM.
Any additional parts needed are charged separately at the time of your repair.

Every NEMO visit covers mechanic labor for one bicycle and expert bike advice. Most repairs take about 45 minutes. Here's what we fix on the spot:
