Bike Repair Visit
Mon–Fri, 7am–7pm · anywhere in our service area
One visit covers any repairs from our repair menu below in about 45 minutes. Parts billed separately.
What we don’t do
NEMO is mobile repair, so a few jobs are out of scope. Please review the list below before booking.
Needs a shop
These need a clean space, a workstand, big equipment, or more time than a house call allows.
- Hydraulic brake bleeds
- Wheel building, rebuilds & bent rims
- Bottom bracket replacement
- Headset overhauls
- Full drivetrain rebuilds
- Internally routed cables
- Tubeless setup & sealant
- Seized or rusted-solid parts
E-bike electrical repairs
We do basic e-bike diagnostics (error codes, display and controller troubleshooting). Actual electrical repairs go back to the maker or a dealer.
- Battery or motor replacement
- Battery connection repair
- Connector & wiring repair
- Sensor alignment
- Deep electrical diagnosis
We don't fix scooters or mopeds
NEMO is bikes, e-bikes, and cargo bikes only.
- Scooters (electric or kick)
- Mopeds & gas-powered vehicles
- Anything that isn't a bike
The $80 consult fee: if we come out and genuinely can’t make any repair, that’s all you pay, and you still get a hands-on diagnosis and a clear next step. The more you tell us up front, in the signup form or by text, the better we can come ready to fix it on the spot.
