One-Time Repair is a great option for folks who only want to pay for a non-urgent single repair visit. Membership offers folks priority, on-demand visits and access to a broader menu of repairs. Additionally, Members lock in lower rates per visit.
A "Visit" is one instance of a NEMO mechanic repairing your bike in-person at your chosen location. We can perform multiple repairs during a single Visit, as long as we do not exceed the general timeframe of about 45 minutes.
Yes, it is 1 bicycle per Membership so just add multiple Memberships to your cart in check out.
If your bike needs new parts (e.g. new tire, chain, brake pads, etc.) then you can pay for those separately at the time of the repair. Our mechanics accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
In short, no. We offer “safety checks” that are essentially 15 min tune-ups. These should not be substituted for an annual comprehensive overhaul.
