On-Call Bike Repair
Active BCH employees and associated personnel can access on-call emergency bike repair through NEMO. BCH covers the service call fee and one spare inner tube.

Mechanics are on-call Monday–Friday, 7AM–7PM anywhere within our service area.

Active Boston Children's Hospital employees and associated personnel.
What's covered
The service call fee and one spare inner tube are covered by BCH. Quick fixes to get your bike back on the road — flat tires, chain issues, braking problems.
If your bike needs additional parts (new tire, chain, brake pads, etc.), you can choose to pay NEMO separately for those parts at the time of the repair.

Every NEMO visit covers mechanic labor for one bicycle and expert bike advice. Most repairs take about 45 minutes. Here's what we fix on the spot:
