Text us when something breaks on a workday and a mechanic comes to you. Here's the flow:
- Text your name and work email to 857-847-6366
Use your Form Energy email so we can confirm you're covered. Or call — whichever you prefer.
- A NEMO mechanic coordinates with you
We confirm your location and head your way. Available Monday–Friday, 7AM–7PM within the NEMO service area.
- Fixed on the spot — service call covered by Form Energy
Flat tires, braking issues, chain and drivetrain repair, shifting adjustments, and more.
Who's eligible
All Form Energy employees, contractors, and other bicycle commuters at the Somerville offices — 30 Dane Street (Greentown Labs) and 200 Inner Belt Road.
What's covered
The roadside service call is covered by Form Energy — flat tires, braking issues, chain and drivetrain repair, shifting adjustments, and other standard fixes to get you rolling again. Available Monday–Friday, 7AM–7PM within the NEMO service area.
Replacement parts (tubes, tires, chains, brake pads, etc.) are available for separate purchase and are billed directly to you, not to Form Energy.

Upcoming On-Site Events
Once a quarter, a NEMO mechanic comes on-site to Form Energy for a bike tune-up event — safety checks, quick repairs, and commuting advice. We visit both Somerville offices on separate days. Sign up to reserve your spot so we can plan the queue (walk-ups welcome when there's capacity).
