CommuterChoice Bike Benefit
Harvard faculty, staff, and student workers can get reimbursed for NEMO repairs through the CommuterChoice Bike Commuter Benefit — all it takes is booking a repair and filing at year end.

How to use it
- Book a repair with NEMO
Use the form below or text 857-847-6366. Service is 7AM–7PM, Monday–Friday.
- Pay for your repair as normal
Keep your receipt — you will need it to file for reimbursement.
- File for reimbursement through CommuterChoice
Submit your receipts at year end. Reimbursements are processed in the following calendar year.
Who's eligible
All Harvard faculty, staff, and student workers qualify for the CommuterChoice Bike Commuter Benefit. HGSU members who are student workers are eligible — for HGSU-specific questions, email hgsu.benefits@gmail.com or consult the HGSU bike benefit guide and FAQs.
What's covered
Scheduled, on-site mobile bike repair 7AM–7PM, Monday–Friday within NEMO's service area. Mechanic labor for 1 bicycle and expert bike advice are included.
Replacement parts and specialty repairs are charged separately as needed — and are eligible for reimbursement through the bike commuter benefit.

What's included in a visit
Every NEMO visit covers mechanic labor for one bicycle and expert bike advice. Most repairs take about 45 minutes. Here's what we fix on the spot:
- Flat tire fix
- Brake adjustment
- Shifting tune-up
- Chain & cable replacement
- Safety check (15 min tune-up)
- E-bike & cargo bike service
