Non-emergency maintenance and upkeep.
Need new parts (tire, chain, brake pads)? You pay NEMO separately — those expenses are eligible for bike benefit reimbursement.

Every NEMO visit covers mechanic labor for one bicycle and expert bike advice. Most repairs take about 45 minutes. Here's what we fix on the spot:
